Features 2 control outputs as standard. For each output channel, you can set Light ON/Dark ON, timer and threshold independently. Also, a dual output type with a control output and analog output (4 to 20 mA) is available. (Analog output type is stand-alone type only)

Our originally developed super high-speed processor “FAntron DUO” enables the fastest speed in its class at 16 μs (stand-alone/1-HS mode). It can detect over 30,000 workpieces per second. Maximum speed during linked use is 22 μs (1-HS mode). It can prevent cross talk for up to 2 units even in maximum speed mode. Copying of setting is also possible. Seven response times can be selected: 1-HS, 2-FS, 3-ST, 4-LG, 5-PL, 6-UL and 7-EL.

The detecting part and fiber portion are protected from chemicals by using a fluoroplastic coating. Selection of an optimal model is possible from among 7 through-beam types and 1 diffuse type.

Two through-beam types, three diffuse types, and three limited diffuse reflective types are available.

Selection is possible from among 11 types of fiber units for ambient temperatures of 180 to 200°C. A wide variation of through-beam types is available to fix customer’s applications, including standard and joint types, as well as straight view and side view types.

Because the cables of NF25-DH and NF25-TH heat resistant nut type fiber units do not protrude even when mounted to the conveyer side, no extra space is needed. Also, they eliminate worries regarding cable breakage caused by snagging on tools during work.
